I will be going to Roatan in a couple of weeks and I have a corrective vision mask, but I have broken a mask before. Should I have an accident, are there well stocked dive shops that have vision correcting masks?

Thanks

Not likely.

But if there is, someone here will know!

If you need a mask with corrected vision, it is a wise investment to go ahead and purchase a second one. I nearly lost mine on Roatan last year....I now have 2. If you have a non-standard prescription (ie- Bifocal like mine) these guys can turn one around pretty quickly.

Two that I can think of that might sell them:

Sueno Del Mar:
Our dive shop is the most complete in Central America with top brands and guaranteed lowest export prices!
or the Mares Factory Store in the West End.

But I'd bring a second one...most of the diveshops I saw (3-4) had little or no gear for sale. I don't even recall seeing much of anything for sale at Anthony's Key and they have a lot of divers there weekly.
