I'm looking for a PADI shop near Stafford, Virginia. Have a granddaughter that wants to do a Junior Open Water.

No preference in this case...PADI just has a broader international referral program and it is applicable in this situation. Is there an SSI shop in Stafford or you just curious??

I would recommend Virginia Scuba ( http://www.vascuba.com/) in Manassas, which is only around 25 miles from Stafford. They have a great staff of instructors and cater well to both adults and children. They are also minutes away from Millbrook quarry, which is where most all shops go for open water training in this area. Pool training is conducted at Freedom Center which is also just minutes away.

Looks like she may do the class & pool with them and then do a referral in Bermuda.
