I've dove the BVI manby times, it is a great place to dive. Don't recall any specific dives around VG, but grab a BVI dive book and pick a couple out, you can't go wrong IMO.

last time we were at virgin gorda we dove a site called the invisables.
it was out toward necker island.
nice site with unique coral formations.
y'all have a nice time at virgin gorda.
don't forget to snorkel the baths.
