Virgin Gorda, Tobago, or Barbados?

I have not been to these islands. Which one has the best diving in mid-April?
Also, which one would be the most fun topside?

i live in Barbados. Diving here is good year round. I use the The Dive Shop on Bay Street. Very good people and dives are not limited. Topside there is plenty to do in Lime Grove or St. Lawrence Gap
