Roy Damron-90th Birthday!

Roy Damron pioneer, vintage, old, well seasoned NAUI Instructor, will be 90 years old on August 27th 2011.

He was certified as a NAUI Instructor in 1963 at Santa Monica, California.

He is belived to be the oldest living NAUI Instructor

Roy lives in Hawaiian on the Big Island.

Sam, E-mail sent. We are losing so many diving pioneers. We should do our best to preserve their history and thank them before it is too late. Thanks Roy! I learned to dive from D.Lee Kvanes who was NAUI instructor #628

You are so correct, so many diving in that big reef in the sky..

Almost weekly I receive an e mail which begins "Did your hear about....."

I remember Lee, very nice fellow and very strong supporter of NAUI ....Is he still amoung us?
