So here it finally is, a project I started many months ago and finally finished. Twin lights for an Ocean Systems housing using SST-90 LEDs. Price was kept reasonable by direct driving the LEDs (since there aren't many options for driving these high powered monsters). Also, used off-the-shelf OMS canisters to house the battery packs. Since this is to be used in open water, no switch guards were used.

Nice! Very professional look. What are the lightheads made of?

Thanks, heads are made of aluminum.
