Hi there!
can anyone give me some advice on lighting for video?
I have just bought a 150 watt HID lamp and an adjustable arm to support it, But Im not too sure on the position when I am filming.
especially when filming with bright light above me I seem to get a white out affect. Can I do anything with my lights to overcome this?

Many thanks in advance :)

Welcome to the Board! I know nothing about video but someone will be along who does.

You may also want to post your question on Digital Diver. It is a photo dedicated board with quite a few acomplished videographers.
