ANDI Sidemount Technical Wreck penetration video, diving with Bruce Konefe (ANDI I.T.D. #15) on the USS New York in Subic Bay. Penetration route through the engine rooms, berthing deck and gun deck.

The ANDI technical wreck course is a full penetration decompression course. This course can be taught in sidemount , CCR or basic technical configuration. There is one day theory and three days / 6 dives doing technical wreck skills and penetrations.

The USS New York (ACR-2) was built in 1881 and designated as the second in a new class of armored cruiser. She saw action in the Spanish-American war and later, became the flagship of the U.S. Asiatic Fleet and Pacific Squadron. After service in WWI, she was renamed the Saratoga and, later, the Rochester. She was laid up in Subic Bay in 1933 and eventually scuttled in 1941 to prevent her four massive 8" guns falling into Japanese hands as the US military prepared for withdraw from Subic.
