Are you asking about the Verde Island between Luzon and Mindoro Islands in the Philippines?
The best dive on Verde has several names, among them "The Drop Off" and "San Agapito". Its an under water mountain that breaks the surface several hundred metres off the tip of Verde Island. The most frequently dived spot is a wall which bottoms out at about 77-80m and becomes a gradual slope from here. Its a nice wall that has a lot of life with good to great viz. Can have strong currents shallow with a bit of drift along the wall.
There are other dives around Verde, but this is the best by far.
