Venice Beach up to date info?

Anyone have up to date info on
Have a group driving over Sunday from Orlando
Is the beach open?
Water Temps?
Vis?

I was out Tuesday. All beaches are open with the exception of the fishing pier. Water was 86 & I would say viz was about 10 - 12 ft.

D'oh...and I dove at the park next to the pier on Monday. I saw the signs, but they were a little weather worn and I figured the city just hadn't gotten around to taking them down yet. There were also some other divers and quite a few swimmers. Vis was really awesome...almost 20 ft.
