Venice 5/15

[2TH DIVR]

Did a shore dive this morning and picked up the following;
1 mastodon tooth, piece of a mastodon tooth, a 4 3/4" meg and 300 small teeth.

Water temp 77 , vis 6'+ depth 22'

Swam around with that tooth for 45min. too big for the bag, it weights 10#

that's a 12" scale it the picture

I found 144 on the 14th, but was only in 19 fsw. Much better vis on the 14th, 12+ feet. Temp at depth was 75.1 on my computer. I was down for 92 minutes (got a little chilled in my shorty!). I had one diver descend right on top of me, then procede to flutter kick along the bottom in front of me. It's not like there isn't enough to go around, why ruin the vis for the person that was there before you? I frog kicked the whole time out of respect for those that would dive after me.
