A buddy of mine decided to help his father load wood because he felt so good...it was 3 days after...3 weeks later he still had a rough time walking. And when he sneezed or coughed he fell down and started crying like a baby.
Pfft. I jogged home from mine. :shocked2:
Actually, we had a Cadillac Seville (real soft and cushy ride) at the time and I swear I felt every thing bigger than a dime that we ran over on the way home. I also swear I saw her smirking every time she changed lanes and hit the Botts Dots.
Give it a week before you do anything strenuous.

You do want to be careful. One active friend got softballs (in size) because he didn't take it easy. (sorry if this is a story but I didn't go into detail). Of course his friends, me included, were laughing our heads off.

The Rocky Mountain Oysters from scubaboard are planning a get together at the Blue Hole in New Mexico on March 14 & 15. I have the snip scheduled on the 12th, as much as I would like to go, I think me and my oysters better skip this one.
