When is the best time of year to dive Vanuatu and can anyone recommend an operator out of Port Villa?

I'm heading over there in about 9 days. The weather is good and if you are there early March, accomodation is a lot cheaper than early April (it climbs around easter). That being said, we have an apartment for $122 Australian a night.
Recommend Nautilus scuba. They are right on the waterfront and very good. http://www.nautilus.com.vu/

December through roughly April is the hot, rainy season. Probably better weather at other times of the year (although no guarantees, of course).
