If you mean something out of Diving activities, It could be worth to go to Asia ( Indonesia ) as I did on August last year. It was a fantastic tailor-made Diving and land sight-seeing tour. We took our Flight from italy to Bali, and there started our trip and visit Komodo dragon, Dive at Tulamben to see MOLA MOLA FISH, sightseeing in Toraja-Highland for their funeral Ceremony and plus diving in Bunaken for great wall dive and lastly muck dive at lembeh strait. The USVI's has great diving! Great wrecks and awesome reefs, especially on the south south/west side of the island that is only visited by a couple of dive shops. Most famous wreck is the WIT Shoal II, an LST 467 which served in WWII. Sits in 90 feet of water, still in great shape, loads of life and color.
