@Bobby one quick clarification, the 12v is still nominal in automotive as that is the nominal voltage of the battery. The alternators are typically set to a min voltage of 13.6 and they will cycle between 13.6 and 14v. This obviously makes the % output from the other systems that much worse, but it is a point to note where the 12.6v full charge voltage is still only 92% at best of what the vests are actually designed to run on. Probably needlessly complicated to bring up, but felt it was worth mentioning.
