After a couple months of cavern diving using my sola500 i decided to rent one of the UnderWater Light Dude lights for my latest trip to Jackson Blue. I ended up using the UWLD 26. After the first dive that day I knew I had to have one of these lights. These things are bright. I really liked how the 5th gen lights do not have any latches that may catch something while diving. Another feature I like is not having to open the canister in order to charge the light. Simply place the canister on top the charger base and you are done. While getting our tanks refilled at Cave Adventures I spoke with the guys some more about the lights. They showed me the different options and how everything works. I decided to go with the UWLD 35 with the tall battery after they made me a deal I could not pass up. The next day I got to dive my new UWLD 35 and loved it. I can't wait for my upcoming Intro class to get some more use with this light.
