I'm taking a wild guess and you are talking about the Uwatec Aladdin Pro Ultra, a nitrox capable computer? If so, err code means the batt died. Do you have the "battery for life" card?

If so, this is a very good basic Nitrox capable computer, I have two of them that are 15 years old and we use them for backups. They would be just fine as a primary, as well. I recommend it go back to ScubaPro Uwatec for service, though. They do a complete system checkout, and if it fails, offers you an upgrade at an extraordinary price.
