Uwatec Smart Com QD Essentially New

This is a Uwatec Smart Com. I'm the original owner, and have the Battery for life card. This particular unit has 95% battery, and has not been dived, as I recently sent it off to ScubaPro for battery replacement, and it's essentially new. It comes with a quick disconnect hose, which I replaced just last year, and have only used that - 2 or 3 times.

Will the battery transfer to a new owner?

I think so. Don't know for sure, but last time I had battery changed, it was good for around 250 dives.
