Utopia Village Utila

We're seriously considering Utopia Village in Utila for March 2016. We want beautiful reefs with plenty to see, hopefully whale sharks, good vis, good weather, not looking for a challenge in terms of currents, surge. Also, we want an all-inclusive dive resort, same boat/DM all week, place which encourages getting to know fellow divers, diving appropriate for beginners (30 dives), DMs who keep an eye on the group and assist with set-up/entries/exits if needed. Utopia Village seems to meet our needs, and we would be grateful for input from anyone who's been there because we want to be as sure as possible that it's what we think it is.
