There are very few regulator manufacturers in the world. In the greater scheme of things, scuba is not that large of a market. Some of the smaller players sell rebranded products. For example Halcyon and TUSA sell re-branded Scubapro products. Other small players outsource production to a contract manufacturer such as Oxycheq, OMS, Sea Elite (Divers' Supply), Salvo, Dive Rite, Hog, etc. The usual source is Ocean Divers Supply in Taiwan, so these regulators do have a family resemblance to each other but may have differences such as the number of ports, size of the exhaust tee, etc. Looking at the photo from UTD, I would strongly suspect it is a member of the ODS family.

My thoughts exactly!
Some "brands" have simply taken the ODS standard models and put their names on the front then tried to sell at a premium. Others, like HOG, have had ODS build regs to their specs and the results have been very good.
I like what these guys have done. The demand valve is (I suspect) the same as the HOG and is well proven, the case is much reduced in size and especially weight, and the exhaust tee is a real one!
