Both are good bottles. Luxfer is preferred for deco and stage bottles. But if you're strapping to to your back, both are good.
 
Look at the buoyancy characteristics, I'd go with which ever is more negative empty.

I say get the Luxfer. If you advance to using a stage bottle, it's preferred. Even if you don't, it'll likely fetch a slightly higher resale price since people are often looking for stages.
