Just thought I'd put the link here as well, in-case anyone has download issues. I did however notice that my virus checker did in fact flag the United States Navsea site as "unsafe." Kudos to Akimbo for all the hard work and effort!

Government Websites frequently change URLs which breaks links here. It is probably the biggest reason that we started the ScubaBoard Download Library.

I just checked the NavSea site, my Symantec/Norton antivirus isn't flagging it. That said, I would not assume that any government Website is safe from infections or hacking.
