An interesting approach by the Japanese fishing industry/goverment - getting the US to file an injunction: BBC News - Japan whalers given Sea Shepherd injunction by US court

Good luck trying to enforce this injunction in a area which has no US Patrol boats, or (probably) jurisdiction. Plus, the Shepherd ships are registered in different countries.

Expect more clashes at sea as the Japanese still go after the whales. And Sea Shepherds to oppose the 'scientific' hunt.

Ah yes the old scientific hunt.
Maybe instead of going after the Sea Shepherd we should go after Japan for blatantly ignoring CITES .
