I could use some help...my old US Divers Console (Depth Compass SPG) High pressure hose is leaking as is the
swivel too ... I can't figure out how to replace hose ... how do you get the hose off the SPG ?
How to get to the SPG fitting ? Thanks guys...

The old US Divers pressure gauge I have does not have a removable spool, so you will need to replace the "O" rings if yours is the same. You will need a 1/2" open end wrench to hold the SPG nut while you loosen the swivel. The swivel nut on my hose uses a 15 mm wrench, but it's not the original hose.

Thanks guys well all these suggestions are great but for these gauges there is no way to get gauge out and the rubber is
too hard for that kind of thing the nuts are molded into case...dunno maybe theres someone who has worked on a three gauge or even two gauge aqualung
US Divers setup before dunno...

If doesn't come off easily you may need to resort to cutting the gauges out with a utility knife or cutting the bottom extension of the boot where it meets the hose. Looking at the photo I would estimate these gauges to be from the late 80s to early 90s, so the plastic of the gauges is probably brittle. If you try to force the gauges out of the boot you could break the cases destroying the gauges.

The only thing you risk is destroying the boot, I am not sure how attached you are to it. You may want it for nostalgia or vintage purposes. You can pick up boots cheap on eBay or in the SB classifieds. I damaged a beautiful White Stag SPG trying to force it out of a boot. I am still upset with myself over it.

Before you start cutting please post a picture of the back side.
