I actually only need the cover plate for the battery compartment. It is a flat round plastic disk that covers the battery compartment.
I discovered I had a brand new one in the box that I had purchased many years ago, but the battery had leaked.
The good news is since it was face up, it did not seep into the electronics, but it did damage the flat disk a bit where the o-ring seals.
Hope someone out there has one that no longer works and can sell me that part.
Could also use the screw ring too.
