Hey Rabitears,

You didn't mention the details of the USD reg that you're considering.

I've used/owned a USD Conshelf Se2 and now own a Cousteau/Micra adjustable. Can't say a bad thing about either. Have been to 130' on both, in cold Canadian water, with low tank pressure (1000-500 psi), and they're bullet proof.

I quite like the Micra second stage for size and comfort in the mouth, I found the Conshelf 2nd stage a bit big---but not uncomfortable.

The Cousteau 1st stage has 2 HP ports and 4 LP ports allowing for varying gear configuration.

Hope this helps !

Which reg? What kind of help?
I use the old Conshelf, the SEA/Micra, and my daughter has a Titan. All, as Craigster says, bulletproof.

Hello rabbitears,

I use a USD Conshelf 1st & 2nd and have been completely happy. I have had it down to 160 fsw without any noticable difference in ease of breathing. Works like a champ and I always keep it maintained.
