I'm a Fish!
Hey all...have a friend who just flooded his Nik V 35mm lens. He has now dumped it in a tub of distilled water and left it there. I am going to talk to him in less than 12 hours (it is night here now) and would really like to know what I should offer as advice...I told him I have never flooded one before so wasn't sure how to proceed.

He noticed water in the lens underwater, while it was connected to the camera. The water was sloshing around in the area where the numbers are. Upon surfacing, he undid the lens and there does not seem to be any water in the camera itself...only the lens.

Any and all help appreciated greatly! He would like to use this lens (he thinks at least on land as he is suspicious that it is leaking through the knobs) tomorrow...any chance we can dry it out or something?

Thanks a million!
