Hello,
I am using a P&S canon with a sea and sea YS-110 (yellow) via slave fiber optic cable. I am planning on upgrading to DSLR and was hoping I could use the TTL ability, however with an Ikelite housing this is not possible as the electronic will not communicate properly. Is this the case with all housings and this strobe? Or just the ikelite set up? Can anyone make some recommendations as to:
1) Do I look for a different housing to use the YS-110 in TTL mode (is there one available that will do this?).
2) Do I sell the YS-110 and go with the Ikelite housing and ikelite strobe to use TTL?
3) Something else completely? Different housing and strobe combo for TTL??
Basically I want to have TTL functionality with the new DSLR setup. Any help is greatly appreciated!
