it is a great resource and there are many out there. The NTD web page, Divercity, there is a parks Canada report by Johnathn Moore, books by Cris Kohl, and the marine musuem. there are others too I am sure I am missing. Just all the information needs to be accessable and in one spot. I know there is lots of information at the marine musuem and I am sure they could have a small spot about the diving in and around Kingston. with the huge amount of information though it would have to start off small and build upon successes. There was a small wreck survey done in a shallow wreck in Navy bay a few weeks ago collecting the final reporst and adding to the very well known wrecks and continuely building upon the information moving forward should be a goal of divers and the city. I do not think the city realizes what it is missing out on and what is below the water. There are parts of the waterways that had munitions dumped in it after WWI and WWII that have never been cleaned up. Then agian I am sure the city knows how polluted the inner harbour is and really has not been motivated to clean it up.
