Washington
Almost every fire dept in the Puget Sound has a dive team or a mutual aid agreement with a FD that has a team. They are not really prepared to find missing diver bodies however. For instance they are limited to air and small hp80s with a pony. You dont need to list every dive team in Puget Sound here, 911 will call in the required resources.

Organizations responding to past dive incidents include:
USCG
DNR
WDFW
WSP (they have boats too)
Sheriffs vessels
local FD often have dive teams but for instance South Kitsap FD didnt have the ability to locate and recover a body here a few years ago and the US Navy searched and found him instead.
WA State Ferries have rescued divers adrift and the King County water taxi saved a distressed diver's life a few years ago as well.
