Last time I flew United they changed my direct Bonaire to Newark return flight to a Bonaire to Huston, (then 2 very long delays at Huston, and a return to the terminal beacuse of unbalanced load, and a 45 minute delay on the runway) to Chicago, to Washington, to Newark. Guess what? I missed my connection to Albany in addition to sitting all that time in a tiny seat. If I could trust United to fly direct to and from Bonaire I'd use them. Every time I flew United one or more of the flights was redirected through Huston.
