Unidentified dive knife

[Gone for diving]

Does anyone recognize this knife,
I randomly have this with no sheath,
Does someone have a spare sheath that I could buy?
The knife seems its is to be clipped into the sheath somehow,

You got me curious enough to do some Googling, and check this out - take a hard look at the graphic. Looks like you may have a Halcyon titanium 'H' dive knife. I don't know the vendor I linked to; that's who had the photo, so that's who I linked to.

I wonder what these are for,,, I thought maybe there are locks on the sheath,,, but I guess not,

Surprised there I no big H on it, I guess they are not that proud of it
