I don't know what's involved to fix it. It looks like just a matter of taking the handle apart. I don't have time now to mess with it. I have 32 internal combustion engines, including vehicles, boats, generators, compressors, etc to deal with. If no one buys it as is, I'll eventually fix it and raise the price.
