Can anyone help me with a good recommendation for a housing and strobe set up for a Canon EOS Rebel XSi 450D?

I am just a recreational photographer so I don't need the very best, just a good quality housing that is rated for at least 150' or so.

I would really appreciate any advice you might have.

Thanks again!

The least expensive options are probably ikelite and Sea&Sea RDX housings. Depends on how you want to shoot your strobes, electrical sync or optical. I would recommend the S&S RDX with two Inon s2000 strobes, small optically fired, easy to travel with. Other folks will have different recommendations but this system will not be too expensive and can be upgraded. The ports you need will depend on your lenses. I would recommend the Tokina 10-17 for wide and the 60 mm macro for well macro

I was looking to sink my Rebel EOS Xsi and comparing the cost of housing and lighting with point and shoot options. I reviewed the website BlueViews | Home Page and found the answer. Those photos, presumably taken with Canon, Inon strobes and macro lens, make a compelling case for DSLR. Outstanding composition and quality!
