Ok - I can agree with your list but would add Photographs - even if it is zero visibility. Someimes a camera can see better than a human eye. If it does not and the phoo is black - enter the photo into evidence anyway. What better way to explain zero vis if called to testify? I would also add standized for documentation.

But is this it? You post assumes a body recover. Let's stay with that for now and focus this concept just on body recovery. What else might we discover or have need to collect, presrve and document? Again. this implies REASONABLE skills, knowledge and effort on the part of the divers and dive team.
