Underwater camera

I have a GoPro Hero 4 but I am looking for something for still photos. I don't plan on going passed 60ft. Because there is always a risk a camera could get ruined, I don't want to spend a lot of money. Does anyone have any recommendations?

No matter what you get, there's always a risk your camera can get ruined.

The Olympus TG-4 has a good reputation, is supposedly waterproof down to 50 feet or so. Put it in a housing it gets larger but even more secure. You won't get the best out of it without some serious light, a strobe being best.
