I am wondering if the lycra or poly blend thin suit under a wetsuit helps with putting on the wetsuit?

How about rash guards?

Thanx,

I have seen a skin suit that was just a lycra suit with thumb and ankle loops to help sliding in and out of wetsuits, but I haven't seen one in years.

I have several skins and I would not use a wet suit without one, they make getting a wet suit on and off easy, especially on a crowded boat. Also, as I don’t' have a six pack abs (I have a keg instead) I'm less embarrassed with a skin then being bare chested and bellied.

Thanx, I've traded my 6 pack for a keg. You answered my question. It is easier to get in and out of a wetsuit with one.
