then i read it again and it says its a catlina 3300 psi
well i looked around and found that its a neutral bouyant tank
and i wont get the same amout of time i would woth a reg 80 tank
was it over priced and was i bad lol

Do you have a link to the auction? How many cf of gas does the tank hold?
If it's an 80cf neutrally buoyant tank (Catalina does make one), then you will get the same amount of time out of it as a regular tank.

The Catalina 3300psi AL80 holds the same amount of air as the standard AL80 (77.4cf). It is a couple pounds heavier empty and about an inch shorter.

The only time you will have less air is if your local shop can't give you 3300 psi because their compressor isn't up to the task.

The good news is you get to take 4lbs off your weight belt.

$98 isn't bad if the tank is in hydro and has a current VIP. That's about what my LDS charges a current used tank.
