HI

I found this package called the Ultimate Dive Experience (UDE) at Allegro, and was wondering if anyone has try it? I plan to go diving in Cozumel on July and it sounds like a good deal......

This is basically the all-inclusive accommodation, meals, and dive package that is offered by the Allegro and Occidental Grand. It is a good deal as those resorts also include alcoholic beverages as part of the package. I usually can usually offer a bit of a discount off their packages. The dive ops are good at both resorts.

Can you provide a website link?

The dive op (Pro Dive) is pretty much focused on new divers. Most experienced dives may be disappointed.

I was there with a large group (20 divers) a while ago and the selection of dive sites was a bit repetitive, especially if you doubled up and dove in the afternoon at all. But generally good guided dives and nice boats.

The UDE does have a little lounge with an open bar and light snacks before dinner time which is nice.

The Internet access is not wifi, but a few terminals in a separate office that closed at 5pm.

Thats a good package, you get all the AI plus the extra amenities, internet access, private lounge with continental breakfast, snacks, self service bar, preferential a la carte reservations, upgraded rooms, etc

But it is at the Allegro......did they do anything to the rooms while it was closed for the fire remodel?
