Two new in the packaging Underwater Kinetics (UK) mini Q40s. I bought these for my Wife as backups,
but they never got wet. Rated as 4-5 hr burn time, depth rated to 500ft, 38 lumens. Also has a mount for a mask strap or BC webbing.
Includes 4 - AA batteries.

$30 for BOTH! These go for $27 EACH new on Amazon...
