Uepi Solomon Islands - Best Diving, Best Everything

Just came back from diving all over the Solomon islands!

UEPI ISLAND RETREAT - in my opinion is the best spot in the Pacific for diving, land excursions, kayaking! you name it... they got it!

My 500+ dives have been in Palau... Uepi is like Palau on a great day!!! My husband isn't a diver (yet) and he saw turtles 3 out of the 5 times he snorkeled! He saw an eagle ray... we spotted orcas! The fish & coral life is amazing! the food is great! the locals are amazing! The island is malaria free! Each bungalow has it's own water tank! they grow their own food! What's not to love about it!

Uepi is the pacific's best keep secret!!!!!!!!!! I LOVED IT!!

That place looks great, can you give me an idea on their rates? Are diving rates separate?What about the flights (rates)?

fern are you saying Uepi is better than Palau?...I've heard that is does not have as much big stuff...like Sharks and Mantas....I've looked at going but when some people compared it to Palau it was great for small to medium marine life minus the big stuff?...I assume you were there this month? and what was the weather, waters and water temps like?.....a little more info....
