I bought s US tech BC and reg set at a thrift store for $40 thinking i could quickly sell them for a lil $$. I couldn't even find a website to find out what they might be worth.... Anyone have any info or ideas on this company?

My guess, about $40 since that is what it last sold for used.
Just another name on a start up company that found someone to make gear they could put a name on. As you found out, they are not around. The gear might be able to be serviced with generic parts. But isn't valuable. No collector value.
