That's another long story. She was "Cleaned" in Corpus Christi, and there were many problems with that contract. As you are aware the EPA has thrown up every roadblock they can to stop the Navy" ships to reef "program. Our Texas reefing proposal was a bit more diver friendly but hopefully this is the first of several ships for several states. A lot will depend on the actual economic impact it has.
