Type of glue?

My question to the Ikelite staff is ...what kind of glue can be used for the rubber part that goes over the shutter actuator on my Nikon D300 Ikelite rig?I find it strange that I also use an Olympus E30 Ikelte setup and never have that problem.The rubber part seems to slip off every time I remove the camera from the housing.I am leary of just using any glue because of the possibility of a reaction with the rubber and want to know what will work without a problem.

You can use superglue on control tips, just be careful not to get it on the housing. Leave the housing open for a day or so to air out and prevent the glue fumes from causing damage to the housing.
