TX20 vs TX40 for secondary

Any comment on the differences between these two, and whether the 40 is worth the extra money for octopus use?

If it was me i'd get another 50 but its for a buddy with limited funds

(I have a feeling this has been discussed to death here but couldn't find anything in the archives)

The TX40 adds a heat exchanger to the regulator to help eliminate second stage freezups. This may be an issue worth considering for a backup reg in New Joisey
