I have two sets of undergarments for sale that came with different drysuits...
The first set is a one piece Whites. I don't know how thick they are, but they seem like 400g. I don't know how old they are, how much use they saw, or really anything about them. They'd fit someone a bit shorter than 6'1" and 200 pounds....they're a little too short for my husband.

The second set is a two piece DUI. Again, I don't really know much about them other than that they seem to be 300g, size large, and have a hole in the crotch (presumably for p-valve plumbing). They fit someone 6'1" and 200 pounds fine.
