Three of us dived with them in 2009 and have no intention ever to return. We wanted to know what was the fuss of the place. It has nothing to do with the operator, Two Fish was fine.
We love Bunaken.

Lembeh is well known for macro and we decided to have a visit even though none of us like that kind of diving.
But if you like macro then this is the place.

First off, Two Fish is a big player in the scuba world of Indonesia. They have a solid product. I have been at a number of their resorts, and they do a very good job.

Second... Lembeh is a bunch of different resorts at different price points. No one is putting up with any nonsense there. If a resort sucks, it will not last- end of the story. Two Fish had been around for years. That is good enough for me.

Third, I dove with them in the height of Covid. It was awesome. My guide hadn't been diving in almost nine months. I got photos like the ones below.

Lembeh is a special place. I freaking love it. If you are looking for shiny, happy coral reefs and big stuff like sharks and turtles, then, like Centrals, Lembeh won't be your thing. If you want the opportunity to spend time with your camera, a magical critter, and just you, then Lembeh is perfect.

I am booked at twofish lembeh, I'll be there in October. I've never been. I liked the less fancy, laid back look of the place and prices to go along with it. Twofish seems to have a good reputation. There's a lot of nice looking resorts in lembeh, but I didn't need a pool or fancy cocktails.

Thanks all for the comments...
Planning Lembeh purely because we want lots of macro and gentle slow diving.
We've done plenty of " big fish" diving in channels/big currents etc but these days slower "mooching" along looking for nudis, sea horse, frog fish etc etc is exactly what we want.
Seems to us that the Two Fish resort is right there, short boat rides, small groups, long dives!.
Nothing fancy but a solid looking product at what appears to be a great price too!.
JustinJRL looking forward to hearing your first hand experience after your October visit.

Thanks again
