Cleaning out my garage. For sale: Two {2} 3,000 psig, 40 cu ft, Luxfer aluminum cylinders. Details:
1. All three were purchased new c. 2003, in central MO. They have NOT been used since c. 2004. (This surprises me, actually. My first child, my eldest daughter, was born in 2001. I was thinking that I did my last extended range diving shortly after her birth. Looks like I soldiered on for a couple more years, until shortly after my twins were born, in 2003. A log book would be helpful here, probably! LOL.)
2. These are Luxfer cylinders. Both are stamped with the original hydro 03-01, and respective serial numbers LS4336 and LS4374. Neither has received a subsequent hydro.
3. NO VALVES are sold with. (Have been kept "plugged.")
4. Early on I spray-painted the tops to be consistent with their intended use as 70 ffw deco bottles (i.e., as EAN50 deco bottles). Well, actually, I see now that I never finished stenciling one of the cylinders. LOL.
5. PRICE: $200 for both, as they are. Pick up in central MO (65203). Or, you pay mailing costs (and PayPal fees), contiguous U.S.
ETA: Nope, nope, nope! "03-01" = "March 2001". So, my first recollection was correct after all: Cylinders were purchased new in 2001 and ceased being used shortly after, in 2002 or so.
