Spring strap sizing isn't as simple as what size fins or boots you wear. You have to put your boot and fin on and measure the length from fin post to fin post - going around your heel.
Those do look exactly like the EZ Spring Straps. The Tusa springs straps (at least those currently online) have aluminum buckles where they attach to the fins.
