Anyone has information on how to remove the compass from this console? I have the owners manual but does not includes any information on how to do it. I just want to remove the sand from inside the console. Thanks.

Hello,
It is suggested to not remove the compass module from the 330T console if it is not necessary. You may run the risk of damaging one of the components. If you decide to give it a try, I would suggest heating the console around the compass with hot water. Of course you do not want to use water so hot that it may cause damage. Heating the console will make it more pliable. First remove the bezel ring itself. Gently pry upward in a circular motion with a flat brass pick. The bezel ring itself will separate from the bezel sleeve by snapping out of its track. Gently pry out compass module from the front end working your to the back end. The bezel sleeve (white portion) is glued to the compass body. Do not attempt to separate them. Remove them from the console as one piece. The bezel sleeve has three legs which anchor the compass to the console. Two legs are forward and the third leg is back center. Be patient and do not use too much force. On installation, insert the compass body and bezel sleeve then snap on the bezel ring.
